ABOUT US
Breckenridge Christian Ministries (BCM) is a faith community exploring together what it means to seek Jesus in our modern times. We deeply value community and strive to love and nurture one another on the journey we travel together on. We practice a faith that moves us beyond doctrine or dogma to one of experience and transformation... a faith of great mystery and continuous movement. We provide a safe place to question the status quo because we believe questions ultimately lead us to deeper spiritual truths. This gives us the freedom to practice and experience with different faith expressions, exploring the various ways of being one community under the banner of Christ. Because we are community led, our Sunday services and other gatherings are lead by volunteer teams giving us the opportunity to love and minister to one another.
A "NON-CHURCH" CHURCH. HOME FOR EVERYONE
We are a community led by volunteer teams and believe we are all called to minister to one another. Sunday worship is led by volunteers from the community who offer to lead for a Sunday or group of Sundays. Sunday worship formats can vary from traditional services to interviews, small groups, or other participatory activities. Anyone in the community is welcome to participate in meetings that lead to the planning and formation of programs and events. Our efforts are guided by 2 primary ministries: our BCM community and SCY (for students).
